2026 Ridgewood Shred Day - SPRING EVENT

Saturday, April 11, 2026

  • Please stay in your vehicle (no walk-ups)
  • Documents will be securely shredded by IDS Autoshred
  • Place items for shredding in a paper bag or a cardboard box only. No plastic bags.
  • Limit five (5) boxes per vehicle. Maximum weight per box = 25 pounds.
  • NO Batteries/Electronics – they catch fire!
  • Only Ridgewood residents and businesses 
  • ONLY – Financial & Insurance Records, Personal & Sensitive Information, Legal Documents, etc...
  • NO Shredded paper, colored paper, hanging file folders, binder clips, binders, plastics, xrays, red-wells, shipping envelopes, photos, 

    carbon Paper, and NO Non–Paper items
